M. Laine Wyatt: Obsessions, Curiosities, and Fancies

Photography Professor M. Laine Wyatt has been exhibiting her work in group and solo exhibitions across the United States and abroad since the early 1980s. This exhibition focuses selectively on five bodies of work, which traverse expansive topics: the nature of women’s relationship to clothing, the physiological landscape of grief, uninhabited interior public spaces, a contemporary observation of the fair, and evocations of longing.

 

Admission and parking is free. We are open to the public.

Luis Gispert is an internationally renowned visual artist who creates art through a wide range of media, including photographs, film, sounds, and sculptures, focusing upon hip-hop, youth culture, and Cuban-American history. In partnership with the Atlantic Center for the Arts, Luis Gispert will be speaking at SMP as part of the Master Artist Outreach program.

Continuing exhibits: The Armory featuring Napoleonic weaponry; the Root Family Museum, featuring Coca-Cola© memorabilia and other Americana; the Cuban Foundation Collection; Frischer Sculpture Garden; Anderson C. Bouchelle Gallery for International Decorative Arts; Kim A. Klancke, M.D., and Marsha L. Klancke Environmental Education Complex in Tuscawilla Preserve; Schulte Gallery of Chinese Art; Helene B. Roberson Visible Storage Building; the Giant Ground Sloth; Celestial Charts from the MOAS Collection; The Charles and Linda Williams Children’s Museum, the first hands-on science center in Volusia County, featuring more than 9,000 square feet of interactive exhibits. Daily astronomy shows are included with paid admission or $3 adults, $2 children. Showtimes are 2pm and 3pm T, W, Th and Su. Showtimes are 2pm, 3pm and 3:45pm Fri and Sat. Shows will continue in the current planetarium through March 2014. The new MOAS Planetarium is scheduled to open in August 2014.

 

Laser Rock Concert Schedule 2014: March 8th - 7pm Laser Vinyl - Rock songs from the 70's and 80's, 8pm Laser U2, 9pm Laser Metallica. Second Saturday Laser Rock Concerts will resume in the new MOAS Planetarium, opening August 2014. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5 for one show, $7 for two shows or $9 for three shows and can be purchased in advance at the MOAS front desk or at the door the night of the event. Seating is limited. Snacks, beer and soft drinks can be purchased at the Museum and enjoyed in the planetarium.

 

Coming Soon to the Museum of Arts & Sciences

Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art. The innovative Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art will be the new 26,000 square foot home for the Brown’s extensive collection of more than 2,700 Florida oil and watercolor paintings. In addition to a large, permanent gallery including a mezzanine, which will showcase the collection’s signature pieces, the new Museum will include six changing galleries, ranging from 900 to 2,000 square feet, conference and education rooms, a café with outdoor seating and a gift shop. Conference rooms and meeting and event spaces will be available to the public on a rental basis. The Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art is scheduled to open in 2015.

 

New Planetarium. This state-of-the-art astronomy facility will feature dynamic and educational programming in a modern venue. Scheduled to open August 2014.

 

MOAS West Wing. Artwork from the West Wing will be temporarily re-located in the North Wing’s Ford Gallery during construction, which is scheduled late spring 2014. The new West Wing is scheduled to reopen in the fall of 2015.

 

Root Family Museum Project. The Root Family recently donated $1.2 million for the preservation of the historic Silver Holly and Hiawatha railcars and enclosure of the rail shed which are part of the Root Family Museum at MOAS. Original artifacts will be displayed in context with the railcars and can be enjoyed by visitors whatever the weather. The re-interpretation of the space will allow for great insight into the lives of early American industrialists. The railcar exhibit is scheduled to reopen fall 2014.

Museum admission is $12.95 adults; $6.95 children 6‐17; $10.95 seniors and students; members and children 5 and under are free.

Admission is FREE for Volusia County residents the first Tuesday of each month.

Call it the "Grand Finale" or "Last Blast" of Beach Weeks!  The Fourth of July Fireworks in New Smyrna Beach are always a favorite of families and patriots!

 

New Smyrna Beach residents and visitors can get a 'two for' when it comes to fireworks July 4. The City is hosting a July 4 Celebration in Riverside Park that will culminate with a fireworks show at 9:15 p.m. Attendees at the riverfront venue may be able to get an eye-full of lights in the sky since the New Smyrna Beach show will coincide with the City of Edgewater's display a few miles down the river.



 

The New Smyrna Beach July 4 Celebration runs from 9 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. The day begins with a free family fishing tournament until 1 p.m. near the Brannon Center. Check in is at 8:30 a.m. The tourney includes a hot dog cookout and awards.

 

Additional July 4 activities in Riverside Park include:

6-9:15 p.m. Cactus Jack and the Cadillacs

Now in its third year, a wide photographic terrain is covered in this year’s annual University of Central Florida Thesis Exhibition. This work is a culmination of four years of study in photography involving explorations of topics that are both personal and public.

Summer is here. Edgewater is preparing for its annual 4th of July event. The City and the Edgewater Professional Firefighters have teamed up to create a fun filled day for the community and visitors.

 

There will be live entertainment, food and various vendors at Menard-May Park and George R. Kennedy Park beginning at 5:00 PM. The day will culminate with a spectacular fireworks show by Zambelli Fireworks that is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser.

Independence Celebration in Ormond Beach
Rockefeller Gardens, Fortunato Park, and Cassen Park- Ormond Beach- July 4, 2014, 6 – 10 p.m.

 

Join us for a day of celebration on the Halifax River in Ormond Beach! Entertainment will stretch from City Hall Plaza across the Granada Bridge to Fortunato Park and south across Granada Boulevard into Rockefeller Gardens.

 


The City Hall Plaza will feature Classic Rock and popular hits from Brad Yates and Mo'Mentum (6:00-7:15 p.m.), and upTUIT (7:45-9:15 p.m.). Rockefeller Gardens will feature hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s from Tie Dye Road (6:00-7:15 p.m.) and The Click (7:45-9:15 p.m.).


 


Food and drinks will be available at Fortunato Park, Rockefeller Gardens and at Cassen Park/City Hall.


 

Fireworks begin promptly at 9:30 p.m. on the Halifax River just south of the Granada Bridge.

 

Free shuttle service will be available from 6 p.m. until 9:45 p.m. to assist guests in getting back and forth across the Granada Bridge.

Alter Eagles, an Eagles tribute band, will perform, followed with fireworks over the Atlantic Ocean at 9:45 p.m.This scenic amphitheater is located in Oceanfront Park on the north end of the Boardwalk amusement area and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Built of coquina in 1937, the Bandshell can host 5,000 people for concerts, outdoor weddings, receptions, events or group activities.

Parking is available at the Ocean Center garage and surface lots. You can enter the Bandshell through the Ocean Walk Village from A1A or the overpass from the parking garage.Chairs are available for rental.Beverages are available from licensed vendors during events. Photography Professor M. Laine Wyatt has been exhibiting her work in group and solo exhibitions across the United States and abroad since the early 1980s. This exhibition focuses selectively on five bodies of work, which traverse expansive topics: the nature of women’s relationship to clothing, the physiological landscape of grief, uninhabited interior public spaces, a contemporary observation of the fair, and evocations of longing.

Continuing exhibits: The Armory featuring Napoleonic weaponry; the Root Family Museum, featuring Coca-Cola© memorabilia and other Americana; the Cuban Foundation Collection; Frischer Sculpture Garden; Anderson C. Bouchelle Gallery for International Decorative Arts; Kim A. Klancke, M.D., and Marsha L. Klancke Environmental Education Complex in Tuscawilla Preserve; Schulte Gallery of Chinese Art; Helene B. Roberson Visible Storage Building; the Giant Ground Sloth; Celestial Charts from the MOAS Collection; The Charles and Linda Williams Children’s Museum, the first hands-on science center in Volusia County, featuring more than 9,000 square feet of interactive exhibits. Shows will continue in the current planetarium through March 2014. The new MOAS Planetarium is scheduled to open in August 2014.

 

Laser Rock Concert Schedule 2014: March 8th - 7pm Laser Vinyl - Rock songs from the 70's and 80's, 8pm Laser U2, 9pm Laser Metallica. Second Saturday Laser Rock Concerts will resume in the new MOAS Planetarium, opening August 2014. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5 for one show, $7 for two shows or $9 for three shows and can be purchased in advance at the MOAS front desk or at the door the night of the event. Seating is limited. Snacks, beer and soft drinks can be purchased at the Museum and enjoyed in the planetarium.

 

Coming Soon to the Museum of Arts & Sciences

Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art. The innovative Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art will be the new 26,000 square foot home for the Brown’s extensive collection of more than 2,700 Florida oil and watercolor paintings. In addition to a large, permanent gallery including a mezzanine, which will showcase the collection’s signature pieces, the new Museum will include six changing galleries, ranging from 900 to 2,000 square feet, conference and education rooms, a café with outdoor seating and a gift shop. Conference rooms and meeting and event spaces will be available to the public on a rental basis. The Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art is scheduled to open in 2015.

 

New Planetarium. This state-of-the-art astronomy facility will feature dynamic and educational programming in a modern venue. Scheduled to open August 2014.

 

MOAS West Wing. Artwork from the West Wing will be temporarily re-located in the North Wing’s Ford Gallery during construction, which is scheduled late spring 2014. The new West Wing is scheduled to reopen in the fall of 2015.

 

Root Family Museum Project. The Root Family recently donated $1.2 million for the preservation of the historic Silver Holly and Hiawatha railcars and enclosure of the rail shed which are part of the Root Family Museum at MOAS. Original artifacts will be displayed in context with the railcars and can be enjoyed by visitors whatever the weather. The re-interpretation of the space will allow for great insight into the lives of early American industrialists. The railcar exhibit is scheduled to reopen fall 2014.

 

Exhibits and dates subject to change.

 

Museum Hours are 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. (Tuesday‐Saturday) and 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. (Sunday). Closed Mondays.

 

Museum admission is $12.95 adults; $6.95 children 6‐17; $10.95 seniors and students; members and children 5 and under are free.

 

Planetarium and laser shows daily. Admission includes planetarium. Parking is free.

 

Admission is FREE for Volusia County residents the first Tuesday of each month.

Photography Professor M. Laine Wyatt has been exhibiting her work in group and solo exhibitions across the United States and abroad since the early 1980s. This exhibition focuses selectively on five bodies of work, which traverse expansive topics: the nature of women’s relationship to clothing, the physiological landscape of grief, uninhabited interior public spaces, a contemporary observation of the fair, and evocations of longing.

2nd Saturday each month, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

 

The Friends of Washington Oaks will be holding a plant sale on the second Saturday each month. The plant sale hours are from 10 a.m   - 2 p.m. You will find a selection of perennials, succulents, and orchids. Most of our plants for sale were propagated and grown right here in the park by our wonderful volunteers.

 

All proceeds benefit the park for enhancement of current and new facilities. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is made up of a diverse landscape with a hardwood forest bordering the tidal marshes along the intra-coastal waterway. Within the park are ornamental gardens, hammocks, coastal scrub, beaches and marshes. This variety of plant communities accounts for the abundant wildlife here. The peaceful and tranquil setting of this biologically rich area offers the unhurried visitor an opportunity to relax, reflect, explore, discover, and wonder.

 

Admission to the park is $5 per vehicle and $2 for pedestrians or bicyclists.

Canal Street- New Smyrna Beach- Every 2nd Saturday of the month, 4 – 8 p.m.

 

Classic Car Show with East Coast Cruisers from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The city closes off the street to all vehicle traffic with the exception of the Classic Cars themselves. This is an awesome event for the whole family to enjoy, there is food, a D.J. and most of the merchants are open for business during the event. Second Saturday of every month.

 

Cruisers usually start arriving around 3:00 PM. At 4:00 the streets are blocked off to through traffic and the cruisers are directed turn their cars to park diagonally.

Turnstiles, a Billy Joel tribute band, will perform, followed with fireworks over the Atlantic Ocean at 9:45 p.m.This scenic amphitheater is located in Oceanfront Park on the north end of the Boardwalk amusement area and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Built of coquina in 1937, the Bandshell can host 5,000 people for concerts, outdoor weddings, receptions, events or group activities.

Parking is available at the Ocean Center garage and surface lots. You can enter the Bandshell through the Ocean Walk Village from A1A or the overpass from the parking garage.Chairs are available for rental.Beverages are available from licensed vendors during events. Photography Professor M. Laine Wyatt has been exhibiting her work in group and solo exhibitions across the United States and abroad since the early 1980s. This exhibition focuses selectively on five bodies of work, which traverse expansive topics: the nature of women’s relationship to clothing, the physiological landscape of grief, uninhabited interior public spaces, a contemporary observation of the fair, and evocations of longing.

Laser Rock Concert Schedule 2014: March 8th - 7pm Laser Vinyl - Rock songs from the 70's and 80's, 8pm Laser U2, 9pm Laser Metallica. Second Saturday Laser Rock Concerts will resume in the new MOAS Planetarium, opening August 2014. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5 for one show, $7 for two shows or $9 for three shows and can be purchased in advance at the MOAS front desk or at the door the night of the event. Seating is limited. Snacks, beer and soft drinks can be purchased at the Museum and enjoyed in the planetarium.

 

Coming Soon to the Museum of Arts & Sciences

Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art. The innovative Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art will be the new 26,000 square foot home for the Brown’s extensive collection of more than 2,700 Florida oil and watercolor paintings. In addition to a large, permanent gallery including a mezzanine, which will showcase the collection’s signature pieces, the new Museum will include six changing galleries, ranging from 900 to 2,000 square feet, conference and education rooms, a café with outdoor seating and a gift shop. Conference rooms and meeting and event spaces will be available to the public on a rental basis. The Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art is scheduled to open in 2015.

 

New Planetarium. This state-of-the-art astronomy facility will feature dynamic and educational programming in a modern venue. Scheduled to open August 2014.

 

MOAS West Wing. Artwork from the West Wing will be temporarily re-located in the North Wing’s Ford Gallery during construction, which is scheduled late spring 2014. The new West Wing is scheduled to reopen in the fall of 2015.

 

Root Family Museum Project. The Root Family recently donated $1.2 million for the preservation of the historic Silver Holly and Hiawatha railcars and enclosure of the rail shed which are part of the Root Family Museum at MOAS. Original artifacts will be displayed in context with the railcars and can be enjoyed by visitors whatever the weather. The re-interpretation of the space will allow for great insight into the lives of early American industrialists. The railcar exhibit is scheduled to reopen fall 2014.

 

Exhibits and dates subject to change.

 

Museum Hours are 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. (Tuesday‐Saturday) and 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. (Sunday). Closed Mondays.

 

Museum admission is $12.95 adults; $6.95 children 6‐17; $10.95 seniors and students; members and children 5 and under are free.

This exhibition focuses selectively on five bodies of work, which traverse expansive topics: the nature of women’s relationship to clothing, the physiological landscape of grief, uninhabited interior public spaces, a contemporary observation of the fair, and evocations of longing.

Each month photographers will have a unique opportunity to explore the park looking for designated subjects to photograph and enter a photo contest for the park.

 

Participants will receive a map of the Gardens and the Challenge instructions on the day of the event. The map and instructions will be at the Ranger Station until the park closes.

Continuing exhibits: The Armory featuring Napoleonic weaponry; the Root Family Museum, featuring Coca-Cola© memorabilia and other Americana; the Cuban Foundation Collection; Frischer Sculpture Garden; Anderson C. Bouchelle Gallery for International Decorative Arts; Kim A. Klancke, M.D., and Marsha L. Klancke Environmental Education Complex in Tuscawilla Preserve; Schulte Gallery of Chinese Art; Helene B. Roberson Visible Storage Building; the Giant Ground Sloth; Celestial Charts from the MOAS Collection; The Charles and Linda Williams Children’s Museum, the first hands-on science center in Volusia County, featuring more than 9,000 square feet of interactive exhibits. Daily astronomy shows are included with paid admission or $3 adults, $2 children. Showtimes are 2pm and 3pm T, W, Th and Su. Showtimes are 2pm, 3pm and 3:45pm Fri and Sat. Shows will continue in the current planetarium through March 2014. The new MOAS Planetarium is scheduled to open in August 2014.

 

Laser Rock Concert Schedule 2014: March 8th - 7pm Laser Vinyl - Rock songs from the 70's and 80's, 8pm Laser U2, 9pm Laser Metallica. Second Saturday Laser Rock Concerts will resume in the new MOAS Planetarium, opening August 2014. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5 for one show, $7 for two shows or $9 for three shows and can be purchased in advance at the MOAS front desk or at the door the night of the event. Seating is limited. Snacks, beer and soft drinks can be purchased at the Museum and enjoyed in the planetarium.

 

Coming Soon to the Museum of Arts & Sciences

Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art. The innovative Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art will be the new 26,000 square foot home for the Brown’s extensive collection of more than 2,700 Florida oil and watercolor paintings. In addition to a large, permanent gallery including a mezzanine, which will showcase the collection’s signature pieces, the new Museum will include six changing galleries, ranging from 900 to 2,000 square feet, conference and education rooms, a café with outdoor seating and a gift shop. Conference rooms and meeting and event spaces will be available to the public on a rental basis. The Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art is scheduled to open in 2015.

 

New Planetarium. This state-of-the-art astronomy facility will feature dynamic and educational programming in a modern venue. Scheduled to open August 2014.

 

MOAS West Wing. Artwork from the West Wing will be temporarily re-located in the North Wing’s Ford Gallery during construction, which is scheduled late spring 2014. The new West Wing is scheduled to reopen in the fall of 2015.

 

Root Family Museum Project. The Root Family recently donated $1.2 million for the preservation of the historic Silver Holly and Hiawatha railcars and enclosure of the rail shed which are part of the Root Family Museum at MOAS. Original artifacts will be displayed in context with the railcars and can be enjoyed by visitors whatever the weather. The re-interpretation of the space will allow for great insight into the lives of early American industrialists. The railcar exhibit is scheduled to reopen fall 2014.

Museum admission is $12.95 adults; $6.95 children 6‐17; $10.95 seniors and students; members and children 5 and under are free.

Admission is FREE for Volusia County residents the first Tuesday of each month.

Photography Professor M. Laine Wyatt has been exhibiting her work in group and solo exhibitions across the United States and abroad since the early 1980s. This exhibition focuses selectively on five bodies of work, which traverse expansive topics: the nature of women’s relationship to clothing, the physiological landscape of grief, uninhabited interior public spaces, a contemporary observation of the fair, and evocations of longing.

Now in its third year, a wide photographic terrain is covered in this year’s annual University of Central Florida Thesis Exhibition. This work is a culmination of four years of study in photography involving explorations of topics that are both personal and public.

Exhibition Opening Reception: Wednesday, June 11, 6 - 8 p.m.

 

Photography Professor M. Laine Wyatt has been exhibiting her work in group and solo exhibitions across the United States and abroad since the early 1980s. This exhibition focuses selectively on five bodies of work, which traverse expansive topics: the nature of women’s relationship to clothing, the physiological landscape of grief, uninhabited interior public spaces, a contemporary observation of the fair, and evocations of longing.

 

Admission and parking is free. We are open to the public.

Stetson Mansion Summer Quilt Showcase Tour

Tours of the Mansion including a display of over 100 designer and heirloom quilts. (1st & 2nd floors & the Guest Cottage)

 

Florida's most opulent and historic "Gilded Age" estate, whose rare parquet floors represent 12 different quilt patterns, hosts this first ever event.Over 100 award winning designer quilts and Downton Abby Trunk Show.

 

This will include a guided tour of the renovated and decorated Mansion and as well as the Zen guest cottage. Visitors will experience the grandeur and history of the Mansion while viewing a variety of beautiful custom made quilts. A featured exhibit will be the Downton Abby trunk show.

 

The tour will last about an hour and fifteen minutes and admission is $20 + tax.

Stetson Mansion- July 26 – August 1, 2014, tour times are at 10:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m. 

 

Tours of the Mansion including a display of over 100 designer and heirloom quilts. (1st & 2nd floors & the Guest Cottage)

 

Florida's most opulent and historic "Gilded Age" estate, whose rare parquet floors represent 12 different quilt patterns, hosts this first ever event.Over 100 award winning designer quilts and Downton Abby Trunk Show.

 

This will include a guided tour of the renovated and decorated Mansion and as well as the Zen guest cottage. Visitors will experience the grandeur and history of the Mansion while viewing a variety of beautiful custom made quilts. A featured exhibit will be the Downton Abby trunk show.

 

The tour will last about an hour and fifteen minutes and admission is $20 + tax.

 

Reservations are REQUIRED.

Photography Professor M. Laine Wyatt has been exhibiting her work in group and solo exhibitions across the United States and abroad since the early 1980s. This exhibition focuses selectively on five bodies of work, which traverse expansive topics: the nature of women’s relationship to clothing, the physiological landscape of grief, uninhabited interior public spaces, a contemporary observation of the fair, and evocations of longing.

 

Admission and parking is free. We are open to the public.

Continuing exhibits: The Armory featuring Napoleonic weaponry; the Root Family Museum, featuring Coca-Cola© memorabilia and other Americana; the Cuban Foundation Collection; Frischer Sculpture Garden; Anderson C. Bouchelle Gallery for International Decorative Arts; Kim A. Klancke, M.D., and Marsha L. Klancke Environmental Education Complex in Tuscawilla Preserve; Schulte Gallery of Chinese Art; Helene B. Roberson Visible Storage Building; the Giant Ground Sloth; Celestial Charts from the MOAS Collection; The Charles and Linda Williams Children’s Museum, the first hands-on science center in Volusia County, featuring more than 9,000 square feet of interactive exhibits. Daily astronomy shows are included with paid admission or $3 adults, $2 children. Showtimes are 2pm and 3pm T, W, Th and Su. Showtimes are 2pm, 3pm and 3:45pm Fri and Sat. Shows will continue in the current planetarium through March 2014. The new MOAS Planetarium is scheduled to open in August 2014.

 

Laser Rock Concert Schedule 2014: March 8th - 7pm Laser Vinyl - Rock songs from the 70's and 80's, 8pm Laser U2, 9pm Laser Metallica. Second Saturday Laser Rock Concerts will resume in the new MOAS Planetarium, opening August 2014. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5 for one show, $7 for two shows or $9 for three shows and can be purchased in advance at the MOAS front desk or at the door the night of the event. Seating is limited. Snacks, beer and soft drinks can be purchased at the Museum and enjoyed in the planetarium.

 

Coming Soon to the Museum of Arts & Sciences

Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art. The innovative Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art will be the new 26,000 square foot home for the Brown’s extensive collection of more than 2,700 Florida oil and watercolor paintings. In addition to a large, permanent gallery including a mezzanine, which will showcase the collection’s signature pieces, the new Museum will include six changing galleries, ranging from 900 to 2,000 square feet, conference and education rooms, a café with outdoor seating and a gift shop. Conference rooms and meeting and event spaces will be available to the public on a rental basis. The Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art is scheduled to open in 2015.

 

New Planetarium. This state-of-the-art astronomy facility will feature dynamic and educational programming in a modern venue. Scheduled to open August 2014.

 

MOAS West Wing. Artwork from the West Wing will be temporarily re-located in the North Wing’s Ford Gallery during construction, which is scheduled late spring 2014. The new West Wing is scheduled to reopen in the fall of 2015.

 

Root Family Museum Project. The Root Family recently donated $1.2 million for the preservation of the historic Silver Holly and Hiawatha railcars and enclosure of the rail shed which are part of the Root Family Museum at MOAS. Original artifacts will be displayed in context with the railcars and can be enjoyed by visitors whatever the weather. The re-interpretation of the space will allow for great insight into the lives of early American industrialists. The railcar exhibit is scheduled to reopen fall 2014.

 

Exhibits and dates subject to change.

 

Museum Hours are 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. (Tuesday‐Saturday) and 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. (Sunday). Closed Mondays.

 

Museum admission is $12.95 adults; $6.95 children 6‐17; $10.95 seniors and students; members and children 5 and under are free.

 

Planetarium and laser shows daily. Admission includes planetarium. Parking is free.

 

Admission is FREE for Volusia County residents the first Tuesday of each month.

 

MOAS is fully accessible to the handicapped.
